I started training with Jay in January 2014 after reaching a breaking point with my general health and stress levels. Over the previous 24 months and largely due my job at the time I had put on approximately 2 stone, was drinking almost every night and felt exhausted due travelling to Europe almost every week.
I knew it was time to take action so approached Jay and explained everything that had been going on with my work life and he got to work straight away.
In nine months I lost 35”, nearly 3 stone in weight and never looked or felt better.
Due to us spending a lot of time talking about stress management my mindset started to change, my sleep patterns and quality of sleep improved and in that time I had two promotions and pay rises!
In June 2016 an old back and neck issue flared up which I got from a bad horse riding accident in 2001. It had never been solved properly and didn’t effect my way of life so thought nothing of it until one day I stupidly went to a couple of aerial yoga classes which were far too advanced for me and I managed to really hurt myself.
Jay was my first port of call and with him working in partnership with an amazing osteopath they have put me back together – it is going to be a long journey before I can life weights and train as I used to but through pilates, relaxation and stretching with Jay we are getting there! Not only that but his support has been tremendous.
In short Jay is an amazing trainer that can not only help you loss weight successfully but also understands injury rehab.

I started attending Jay’s class twice a week in April 2013 and lost 28lbs but was told by after being told by the doctor that if didn’t do something about my weight the likely hood of reaching 60 was slim as I was suffering with type 2 diabetes and very high blood pressure that was having to be controlled by stating’s.
After a year I had lost 28lbs which I was happy with but the doctor was still concerned and said I needed to do more.
I then started to train with Jay one on one alongside attend his classes twice a week.
I am now another 56lbs lighter since I started my private sessions with Jay and my doctors have now cut my stating’s and diabetes medication by half and have said that if I can drop another 9lbs they will be able to take me off them all.
This would not be possible with out the nutrition guidance and training I get with Jay
Along with the on going support and motivation.
I feel so much better happier and healthier after drop 6 stone so far.
